In the picturesque mountains of Kitzbuhel, a 400-year-old farmhouse has undergone a remarkable transformation into a contemporary chalet that harmoniously blends with its architectural surroundings. The farmhouse’s original elements were meticulously preserved and integrated into the new design. Despite its transformation from a working farm, elements of its agricultural past remain intertwined with its new identity. The space originally designated for sheltering animals now serves as a temperature-controlled wine cellar, embodying a blend of tradition and modern luxury. Additionally, a strategically designed hayloft with a car access ramp now doubles as a spacious terrace, extending the living area towards the scenic yard.
