Located in a central area of the capital, this restoration project highlights an interwar building with a distinct architectural identity. The intervention aimed to preserve the building’s historical and aesthetic values while functionally updating the spaces to meet the client’s needs. Original elements such as the joinery and façade details were carefully refurbished, and finishes were chosen to subtly harmonize with the noble character of the existing construction.The building houses an office, with rooms organized around a central staircase with natural lighting, while maintaining the layout typical of the era.
