Due to the diverse configuration of the terrain and its slope, the connection between these two volumes differs, resulting in three distinct unit typologies.
Aesthetically, they maintain visual unity through facades clad in natural wood and roofs finished with grey standing seam metal panels.
The design allows for interiors filled with natural light, thanks to ample windows and sliding glass doors that connect the living spaces with the exterior. Generous terraces and private swimming pools create a relaxing atmosphere with views of the green surroundings.
A defining aspect of this project is the integration of sustainable energy solutions – these units feature photovoltaic solar panels integrated into the standing seam metal roofs, highlighting the commitment to energy efficiency and reducing the carbon footprint.
The project was conceived with meticulous attention to detail, from the robust timber structure, made with BauBuche wood, visible in the construction phases, to the high-quality finishes.
