The transformation of the building into an office building required interior modifications necessary for the new function. Even the outside space was transformed, lowering the level of the courtyard from the level of the sidewalk to the level of the basement floor. Therefore, two English courtyards were created, which can be used from the basement level.
Special attention was given to the entrance space on the ground floor, which returned to its original form. It had been modified during the 1960s, turning a generous entrance into two narrow entrances, in order to divide the building into two separate apartments. The transformation of the roof made it possible to create an interior courtyard that illuminates and serves the interior space.
